Lemon curd
Ingredients 1 cup sugar 2 well beaten eggs 60g butter rind and juice of 2 lemons Method Mix all the ingredients together and put into a double boiler. Stir until thick and creamy over low heat. DO NOT BOIL. Take about 20 minutes. Bottle in glass jars and cover when cold. Makes 500ml.
Cheese spread
Ingredients 1kg processed cheese 500ml fresh milk cheddar (berg) 500g butter or rama brick Cut butter\margarine into blocks add with milk into saucepan. Heat and when butter is melted add cheese on top and stir until smooth and creamy. Bottle while hot. (Make 5 to 6 bottles)
Hand cream
