750g mince
1\4 cup seedless raisins
1 onion (chopped)
2-3 eggs
1 thick slice bread
1\2 teaspoon tumeric
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt


Soak bread in milk.
Squeeze out milk and beat eggs with milk.
Fry onion and mince approxamately 10 minutes,
Mix all the other ingredients together (not egg, milk and bay leaves) and fry for another 10 minutes.
Add chutney to taste.
Put into dish.
pour over the egg, milk mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celcuis.
