Take a big dish and mix 14 cups popcorn with 6 cups peanuts.
Ingredients for caramel
250ml brown sugar
10ml vanilla essence
Method for caramel
Cook sugar, syrup and butter to soft ball stage.
Add vanilla and bi-carb.
Keep popcorn warm in warm in oven while making caramel.
Work quickly when adding caramel to popcorn.
Put into swiss roll pans and dry out in oven.
Keep breaking up into small pieces while still hot.
