Chicken in chutney and orange sauce

1.25kg chicken portions
5ml chicken spice
250ml fresh orange juice
250ml chutney
125ml mayonnaise
15ml cake flour


Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Place the chicken in a single layer in shallow ovenproof dish with volume of 2.4 litres.
Sprinkle with chicken spice.
Mix the orange juice, chutney, mayonnaise and cake flour.
Pour over the chicken portions.
Bake uncovered for about 75 minutes until done and nicely browned.
Make 6 – 8 servings.
