160g castor sugar
1 can condensed milk
2ml vanilla essence
20ml baking powder
Cream margarine and sugar, add condensed milk.
Add flour, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt.
Knead into stiff dough.
Roll into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 160 degrees Celcius for 15 to 20 minutes.
