1 tin condensed milk
1 tin strong rooibos tea (condensed milk tin)
pinch of salt
1\2 cup syrup
Beat condensed milk, rooibos tea, eggs and salt together.
Put the 1\2 cup syrup into a microwave dish and heat for 2 minutes.
Cool then put in the fridge to set.
Once set, pour the egg mixture over spoon onto caramel.
Place the dish onto a pudding bowl to lift it up and microwave at 70% power for 10 minutes.
when it is cool tip it onto a serving plate.
