Ingredients
 
125g margarine
250g sugar
2 eggs
270g flour
2ml bicarb of soda
2ml cream of tartar
1ml salt
200ml milk
125ml cinnomon sugar
 
Method
 
Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs 1 at a time and beat well.
Sift flour, bicarb and cream of tartar and salt together.
Mix dry ingredients and milk in portions to egg mixture.
Put into pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees Celcius. For +\- minutes.
