8 chicken breast fillets – cut into strips
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
2 onions – sliced
1 green pepper – cut into strips
15 – 30ml worchester sauce
50ml tomato sauce
30ml tomato paste
Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
Brown in heated oil.
Set aside and keep warm.
Saute the onion and green pepper in oil until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce the heat and simmer until a thick sauce is formed.
Pour over the chicken and serve with rice.
