Ingredients
500g cooked hake fillets
25ml raisins
2 slices white bread
10ml curry powder
300ml milk
10ml tumeric
60g butter
10ml coriander
1 onion chopped
25ml brown vinegar
25ml flaked almonds
25ml lemon juice
125ml dried apricots
salt and pepper to taste
Method
Soak bread in milk.
Fry onions in butter.
Add all the ingredients to fish.
Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 35 minutes.
