Ginger biscuits

3kg flour
1\2 tin ginger (more if you like)
2kg sugar
12 eggs
1kg syrup (melted)
8 teaspoons cream of tartar
1kg butter
8 teaspoons bicarb of soda
Mix and stand overnight.
Roll into balls and bake at 150 degrees Celcius near the top of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
