100ml tomato sauce
600ml macaroni pieces
10ml curry powder
1 can (410g) minestrone soup
500ml boiling water
Put raw mince in a heavy saucepan.
Scatter uncooked macaroni over the top.
Pour soup and boiling water over mix.
Sprinkle salt over.
Mix tomato sauce and curry powder together and spoon over mixture into saucepan.
Cover and cook contents over moderate heat for approxamately 30 minutes, until macaroni is soft.
Add a little water if the dish gets too dry and tends to stick to the sides.
Serve 6 to 8
