Not hot chicken curry

Ingredients

dice 1 large onion and fry in oil with 1 tablespoon turmeric
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoongaram masala
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon ginger crushed
pinch fresh chopped chilli

Method

Add 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 250ml chicken stock, allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Add sliced chicken breast meat, put on lid and allow to simmer until the chicken is cooked.
