2 packets cubed pumpkin
4 big sliced carrots
2 big onions chopped
4 chicken stock cubes
2 big potatoes cubed
2 litres of water
In a large pot cook all the ingredients together until nice and soft.
Use a potato masher or liquidizer if you want a smooth result (e.g cream of pumpkin soup).
You may add more stock according to your thickness preference.
Add butter, stir and serve with some fresh rolls.
