Ingredients

1 cup rice
1 tray mushrooms
1kg frozen vegetables
1 packet white onion soup
2 tomatoes
500ml water
2 onions
8 to 10 chicken pieces

Method

Layer chicken, rice, vegetables and mushrooms in sequence.
Mix soup with 500ml water and pour over.
you can prepare this dish in advance and leave to stand.
Bake for approxamately 2 hours at 180 degrees Celcius.
