Ingredients
4 ounces – Margarine. (soft margarine)
4 ounces – sugar.
6 ounces – flour.
2 level teaspoons – baking powder.
half a cup – milk.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon – vanilla essence.
Method
Put stork margarine in a bowl and beat it with sugar.
Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla essence.
Pour mixture into pan
Bake at 170 degrees Celius for 25 – 30 minutes.
