With colder days in the forecast, home cooking is all we are longing for and this recipe is a must for every home. This is not a spicy curry, but very aromatic.

- 500 grams cubed chicken breasts
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 350 ml buttermilk
- 100 ml plain yogurt
- 20 ml curry powder
- 15 ml fresh coriander leaves
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 ml fresh black pepper
- 10 ml butter
1.In a seal-able fridge container, mix the buttermilk, yogurt, curry powder, coriander leaves and lime juice. Add the cubed chicken. Make sure all the pieces are covered and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
2.When you are ready, heat the butter in a saucepan.
3.Fry the onions and garlic. Add the buttermilk chicken. Bring to a boil. Add the black pepper and salt.
4.Turn the heat down and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
