120g tin sardines in tomato sauce
1 slice wholemeal bread
small handful rocket
freshly ground black pepper
pinch dried chilli flakes (optional)
Heat the sardines in a saucepan.
Toast the bread, then scoop out the avocado flesh and spread it on the toast. Top with the rocket and then the sardines. Sprinkle with black pepper and chilli flakes, if using.
