2 cups flour
1\2 teaspoon salt
1 3\4 cups of milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Warm up waffle pan.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add egg yolks and mixture well.
Melt butter\margarine and add cooled butter\margarine to the mixture.
Beat egg whites stiff. Fold into the mixture.Don’t beat.
Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons onto warmed waffle iron.
Close and bake until stopped streaming
approximately 1 1\2 minutes.
Serve with cream or ice cream and syrup or grated cheese and fried onion.
